University of Nevada Quad
The University of Nevada, Reno Quad, also known as the Quadrangle, is a historic and picturesque area at the heart of the campus. It has been listed as a "Jeffersonian Academic Village" on the National Register of Historic Places since 1987, following Thomas Jefferson's design for the University of Virginia Lawn. The Quad is a popular spot for picnics, concerts, and quiet reflection, and serves as the traditional setting for Commencement activities.
