Stained Glass 101

Join us for Intro to Stained Glass with Amy and Vanessa of A Glass Fantasy! This crash course is for artists and makers interested in the stained glass process. Stained glass requires a lot of skill + technique and can be a very expensive hobby/art form to get into. That's why we wanted to give you the opportunity to get some basic hands-on experience to decide if you even like doing it before fully committing to the craft. In this workshop you'll learn everything you need to know to make a geometric stained glass hanging using multiple stripes of glass. The cost of registration covers all tools and supplies needed and students will leave with their own small stained glass hanging! Please wear closed toed/closed heeled shoes. Aprons are provided but it's advised to wear clothes that you would craft in. There will be a chance to take a short snack break in the middle of the workshop so please bring something to eat and you can bring non-alcoholic drinks in a covered container. This class is limited to six students. Ages 15+. Pre-registration required
