22nd Annual Art Paws

Artown's only “bring your dog” day, paints a pet-friendly picture of downtown Reno and celebrates responsible pet ownership and K9 culture. It is a unique art themed community festival displaying how pets represent protection, companionship and loyalty to a family. Artisans and crafters display; fine jewelry to crystal sculptures, to oils and watercolors, jewelry to custom collars. Pet contests and demonstrations. Live local bands, “Bone-ified” beer garden featuring local craft brews, rich silent auction and raffle, make our event not just about the animals! Art Paws benefits 4 local organizations; 1 “Underdog” Grant, 1 “People's Choice” award, 1 “Art” Grant and 1 portion towards the yearly maintenance and upkeep for the new downtown, “Biggest Little Dog Park.”
