Among the works performed by Ben Pratt will be the unusual piano sketches of Umberto Rossi. An Italian alpinist who was an expert Sitarist as well as composer for piano and voice. Also included will be Beethoven's Appassionata. A middle period sonata written as Beethoven was becoming completely deaf. Finally the concert will be rounded out with original compositions and Etudes of Liszt.
