This workshop is not designed to teach anyone improv, it's intended to foster new approaches for us to control our impulses. All the exercises we develop together will help us remain present, aware, imaginative, playful, engaged, and brave. Safety & respect must be considered in every action. You may not come under the influence of any drugs/alcohol. This workshop will help everyone who attends achieve a more mindful & fearless approach to life on or off the stage. Scared of improv?
