Wednesday nights at the Village at Rancharrah come alive with free, live outdoor music all summer long. From late May through early September, this weekly series brings a mix of local favorites and regional bands, with everything from high-energy sets to more laid-back sounds.

Set on the lawn in the heart of the Village, the atmosphere builds as the evening unfolds—music playing, people gathering, and a steady flow of familiar and new faces. Some come early to grab a table, others roll in with chairs and blankets, and the night settles into an easy rhythm. Surrounding restaurants and tenants keep things moving, with plenty of options for dinner, drinks, shopping, or something to-go to enjoy on the lawn.

In July, as part of Artown, the series becomes part of a larger rhythm across Reno, with live performances happening throughout the city. At the Village, it's an easy place to land—walkable, social, and a natural stop as the evening comes together. It works just as well as a planned night out or a last-minute decision to stop by and stay awhile.

Whether you stay for a set or the whole night, it's one of those summer routines that sticks—simple, consistent, and easy to come back to week after week.
