Learn how diverse mosaics can be when gluing over a transparent substrate! Copper Cat Studio owner and mosaic artist Katie Packham guides students in creating a colorful suncatcher using a rainbow of stained glass. Class includes a detailed lecture on mosaic techniques and materials specific to the Glass on Glass process. Students make a 6x6 or 4x6 hanging suncatcher or tabletop piece. A grouting demo will be included and students can take grout home to complete the project or come back to the studio to grout with assistance.
Ages 15+. Pre-registration required. Class limited to eight students.
