IMPROV-ing IMPROV

This workshop is meant to help you develop your awareness, presence and confidence with a small group of people. This is NOT an improv class; At best, this is a precursor to an improv program, if that is your goal. For those that are afraid of improv, we will work together, in a safe space, to create an environment and enter into a mindset embracing creativity, playfulness, imagination, and engagement. Even if you are a seasoned improv artist we will follow our inspirations and develop new exercises to encourage personal growth through shedding fears & inhibitions, connecting to the moment... and those around you. We will attempt to help you remove any facade or alter ego and instead try to exist in pure authenticity while trying to remain fully aware & present. Ideally, every session will yield new frontiers and new discoveries both individually and collectively. You must be 18+ to attend and may not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
